Trowbridge Town hope to bounce back from midweek loss and get into winning ways again at basement side Ludgershall

IT has been a week of ups and downs for Trowbridge Town in the Wiltshire Senior League Premier Division.

They enjoyed a fine 3-1 home win over Stratton Juniors last Saturday but suffered a 4-0 defeat away at Shrewton United on Tuesday.

So now Town will be looking to ensure they get back to winning ways and don't slip on a banana skin with travelling to bottom-of-the-table Ludgershall Sports tomorrow (Saturday).

And they will probably hope that Jake Sainsbury shows the same form this weekend as he did last Saturday when he fired a hat-trick against Stratton Juniors as Trowbridge dominated the second-half.

Town are now tenth in the table with two wins from five matches and if they beat Ludgershall and results go their way at other clubs, they could join a host of sides on nine points in mid-table by tomorrow night.
