TROWBRIDGE Town suffered a 3-0 home defeat to unbeaten Wroughton at Woodmarsh, North Bradley, on Saturday which saw the visitors to top of the Wiltshire Senior League Premier Division as a result.

The two sides did not meet last season but the two games in the previous campaign both ended in 1-1 draws.

Wroughton were unbeaten in their first five games of this season before kick-off and a goal from Devan Bryan set them on the way to another victory.

Aaron Maximen added two more to his personal tally for Wroughton as they secured the win and left Trowbridge Town with two wins from six matches so far.

Trowbridge Town will be looking to get back to winning ways on Wednesday when they travel to Corsham Town (kick-off: 7.45pm) before playing Devizes Town Reserves at home this coming Saturday.
